InteviewAI is an AI-powered platform that generates questions based on the job category and position you select, so you can be sure that the questions are relevant and effective. This not only helps you to conduct more efficient and productive interviews but also ensures that you are asking the right questions to assess a candidate's suitability for the role. Moreover, InterviewAI allows you to save questions, notes, and follow-up questions for individual candidates, so you can refer back to them later and make more informed hiring decisions.

How much does it cost?

InterviewAI currently offers free and paid subscription features. Users are not required to subscribe to leverage our free features.

How do I sign up?

Users can sign up for InterviewAI by clicking / tapping the "Sign Up" button on the top right of the homepage. You can sign up using your Google account or a traditional email account, which will send a link to your email address. Please note, if you do not receive the link, remember to check your SPAM folder before requesting another.

Is InterviewAI safe?

How do I report abuse?

How do I update my info?

To update your info, access the Settings menu by clicking / tapping your profile image on the top right of the screen. Then, change what you'd like and click / tap update to save.

How do I unsubscribe to email notifications?

To unsubscribe to InterviewAI email notifications, access the Settings menu by clicking / tapping your profile image on the top right of the screen. Then, scroll down to the Notifications area and uncheck the box next to Email Notifications Enabled. Feel free to return to this area at any time to turn email notifications back on.

How do I delete my account?

First of all, we'd hate to see you go! Despite this fact, if you still want to delete your InterviewAI account, access the Settings menu by clicking / tapping your profile image on the top right of the screen. Then, scroll to and click / tap the Delete Profile button, as well as the Delete button on the pop up that follows and your profile will be removed from our systems.

How can I subscribe to the InterviewAI Premium enhanced interview practice feature?

To subscribe to InterviewAI's paid plans and access the enhanced candidate practice feature, while signed in, click / tap the "Enhanced Interview Practice" button from within your InterviewAI dashboard. Then follow the prompts and select the plan that suits your needs and preferences.

What happens if I cancel my InterviewAI Premium subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to any paid features, including the enhanced interview practice. However, your practice history and previous interviews will still be available for reference in the "Previous Interviews" area.

How do I cancel my InterviewAI Premium subscription?

If you wish to cancel your InterviewAI subscription, you can do so by visiting the Settings area within your account. Simply sign in to InterviewAI using your credentials and navigate to Settings by clicking or tapping on the icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Once in Settings, you'll find the option to "Manage Subscription." Click or tap on this option, and you'll be guided through the cancellation process. Follow the prompts provided, and upon completion, your subscription will be canceled, ensuring you won't be billed for future cycles.
